Terms for the operator workspace
Plain terms for running channels on Marlonica — what the service does, how to use it responsibly, and where responsibility sits between you, Marlonica, and the platforms you publish to.

01Acceptance of these terms
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Marlonica, the entity that operates this service. By creating an account or using Marlonica, you agree to them. If you use Marlonica on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept on its behalf.
02What Marlonica does
Marlonica helps you define a channel world, generate and curate a catalog of music with an Artistic Director, produce on-demand session videos, and run an always-on YouTube live broadcast. When you connect a channel, Marlonica can upload private video drafts and operate your live stream. It is an assisted production workflow — you stay in control of what is published.
03Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Marlonica. Keep your credentials private, invite only people you trust into your workspace, provide accurate information, and keep it current. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
04Acceptable use
Don’t use Marlonica to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and trademark;
- create deceptive, harmful, hateful, or abusive content;
- misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required;
- probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers;
- resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
You must also follow the terms of the platforms and providers Marlonica connects to, including YouTube and the AI providers.
05YouTube and third-party platforms
When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize Marlonica to act on that channel through Google’s APIs to publish drafts and run live broadcasts. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The connection is scoped to the channels you connect and can be revoked at any time in Marlonica or in your Google Account. YouTube Studio always owns final visibility, monetization, policy prompts, and channel-level decisions. See our Privacy page for what Google data we use.
06AI-generated outputs
Marlonica produces music, cover art, visual loops, video, and metadata using third-party AI providers. Our music generator runs on a paid plan that assigns ownership of each track it produces to Marlonica, and we pass those rights to you so you can build, publish, and monetize a catalog you own — subject to that provider’s terms and your following these terms.
Review every output before you use it. AI providers do not guarantee that an output is unique, original, free of third-party rights, or registrable for copyright, and we can’t promise any output will pass a platform’s policy, monetization, or copyright review. If a platform such as YouTube raises a Content ID or copyright claim on something you publish, you are responsible for responding to and resolving it; we’ll share the generation details we hold to help. Each provider’s terms apply to the generation you request. See Responsible AI for provenance, disclosure, and review expectations.
07Your content and ownership
As between you and Marlonica, you keep the rights you have in the content you provide and the outputs you generate, subject to the AI providers’ terms. You grant Marlonica the limited license needed to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the service for you — for example, storing media and uploading drafts to your channel. Marlonica’s software, design, and brand remain ours.
08Plans and fees
Marlonica offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Generating new music, covers, or visual loops is metered in credits; running a station, rendering, publishing, and downloads are included in your plan. Current plans, prices, and credit costs are on our Pricing page and are shown before you’re charged. We may change plans, prices, or credit costs, and we’ll give notice before changes take effect.
09Availability and changes to the service
Marlonica is under active development. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and we don’t promise specific uptime, results, or that the service will be error-free.
10Disclaimers and liability
Marlonica is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes on third-party platforms such as YouTube, including monetization, reach, or copyright claims. You remain responsible for the channels you operate, the content you publish, and any claims arising from them. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
11Suspension and termination
You can stop using Marlonica and delete your account at any time; deletion is password-confirmed and permanently purges your workspace and media (see Privacy). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or others. On termination, your right to use Marlonica ends.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in-product or by email. Continuing to use Marlonica after a change means you accept it.
13Contact
We aim to resolve any disputes in good faith. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
